Each comparison refers to one SF-36 scale at baseline: Mean score in AMOS cohort minus mean score in corresponding cohort, divided by standard deviation of score in AMOS cohort. A negative difference indicates that AMOS cohorts have worse health status than corresponding cohorts at baseline.
